Maintenance Engineer (Reliability Leader)

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of KPIs of their responsibility area, driving the actions to support SHO in the maintenance areas, auditing the execution of maintenance according to systems and processes defined, and ensuring that 100% of the maintenance tasks are done with Work order.
• Management of maintenance activities (CM, PM, PdM), providing resources to maintenance execution continuously developing the organizational capability in your area, and optimizing the process of maintenance with a focus on efficiency and loss reduction (PMO).
• Cost accountability in areas of responsibility, feeding the base date of your team through, the use of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Support Plant Optimization, drive the craftsman to achieve the Asset Management culture, and manage human capital with integrity.
• Continuous skills development and improve competency-based knowledge and lessons learned, defect elimination Culture.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
• Strong background and thorough understanding of maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment
• Strong customer focus, both internal and external
• Solid background in scheduling, safety, and project management
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
• Strong problem-solving skills and mentality (willing to make decisions, collaborative style and ability to influence, open-minded, pro-active and able to drive change, high sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities, strong communication skills (written and oral)
