NPI Engineer

Job Responsibilities :

• Improving quality of the product and reducing tire waste. He/she disposes off spec material & and is heading a committee reviewing doubtful green and cured tires defective.
• Make decision within the specification laid down by GTC*A and GTC*L. This also applies to production process.
• Establishes, maintains and enforces current Goodyear specifications covering materials, processing, constructions, working procedures.
• Provides daily technical service to tire manufacturing operation with emphasis on quality, uniformity, productivity, waste reduction and cost control.

Job Specifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production or quality technology
• Good knowledge in tire assembly process 
• Good knowledge in tire construction & design
• Strong analytical thinking and leadership skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
