OE Assistant Manager

Primary purpose of the position :

• Build strong and durable relationships with customer OEM Indonesia, to manage a current project & future business coming
• Support ASEAN OE activities by securing on time of new project SOP (start Of Production) to covering Indonesia OEM markets. 
• Develop and maintain regional approval processes and standards for each OEM
• Bridge with cross function ; Marketing, Finance, PCP teams, Supply Chian, Manufacturing , Development Centers (GIC*L, GIC*A) and country AE's to ensure approvals on time

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Optimize OE process to support business growth in AP (technical approval processes, OE drawings, Product Creation Process (PCP) approval, etc…).
  • Maintain liasons at all time with Marketing, Finance, Development, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality and Distribution on all matters affecting OE and continuously upgrade our service to OE
  • Support OE Manager to stay conected with all OE customers to identify future business development and coordinate with Qtech, CS and Product Manager for technical & business support in achieving tire & business approval. Provide business information on new OE vehicles to justify for tire development and profitable business decision. He/She is entrusted to stay abreast with market activities and keep management informed of competitors activities in order to stay ahead of competitors.                                         
  • To support in providing and reviewing monthly OE sales forecast for accurate production ticketing and planning to ensure total fulfillment to OE requirements. Inform or coordinate with customer service personnel of any surge or drop in requirements. He/She is also required to prepare and continuously update the OE sales forecast for the five years Business Plan.         
  • Work closely with Product Performance team to understand overall service conditions and feedback on product performance of GY tires.      
  • Communicate and represent Goodyear’s technical position to regional OE customers as requested by customers 
  • Frequent visit to each OE technical department to help maintain excellent working relationships        

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 7 years work experience
  • Technical and/ or Quality experience with tire industry or Auto industry for 5 years
  • Strong experience with the whole cycle of auto/tire business process
