Job Accountability:

 

- Build skills, capabilities & talent bench strength. Coordinate and support recruitment and selection processes, including early talent programs, ensuring the best-suited candidates are selected for vacant positions.

- Lead and strengthen the Talent Management processes amongst the leaders for the plant: Performance Management (PMP), Individual Development Plan (IDP), Succession Plans, High Potential Programs among others.  Identify high-potential team members and correspondent acceleration program.

- Successfully deploy local programs & projects, such as Employer Branding initiatives, team member assessments and Training programs.

- Design, implement and support learning programs that develop the talent in the organization such as: High Potential programs, Plant Optimization, Global English, Internship program, On boarding/Induction program among others.

- Track and report defined metrics that build accountability, measure results, and optimize the impact of the strategic talent management function.

 

Job Requirement:

 

- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

- Minimum 7+ years of generalist experience in Human Resources and Talent Management/Training

- Having a management experience in a manufacturing environment

- Experience with country or region specific labor relations

- Demonstrated, measurable improvements in staffing, people development, talent management & training

- Ability to design, implement training curricula

- Strong teaching & facilitation skills

- Strong leadership and coaching skills

- Strong Problem solving skills and mentality

- Courageous and willing to make decisions

- Collaborative style and ability to influence

- Open minded, pro-active and able to drive change

- High sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities

- Strong communication skills (written and oral) at all levels of the organization

- Strong financial and business acumen

- Fluent in English
