Job Responsibilities :

• You will be in charge in the management of KPIs of their responsibility area.
• You will drive the actions to support SHO in the maintenance areas.
• You will audit the execution of maintenance according systems and processes defined.
• You will ensure that 100% of the maintenance tasks are done with Work order.
• You will manage maintenance activities (CM, PM, PdM).
• You will provide resource to maintenance execution and continuous develop the organizational capability in your area.
• You will optimize the process of maintenance with focus on efficiency and losses reduction (PMO).
• You are in charge of Cost accountability in areas of responsibility.
• You are responsible in feeding the base date of your team through.
• You will use Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• You support Plant Optimization.
• You will drive the craftsman to achieve the Asset Management culture. (Pam).
• You will manage human capital with integrity (Hmc, Int).
• You are in charge of continuous skills development and improve competency-based knowledge and lessons learned.
• You will defect elimination Culture.

Job Specifications :

• You have Bachelor's/Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of manufacturing experience in maintenance and/or engineering
• You have 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
• You have experience in a Union environment
• You have experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment
• You have strong background and thorough understanding of maintenance systems and manufacturing equipment
• You have strong customer focus, both internal and external
• You have solid background in scheduling, safety and project management
• You have demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader)
• You have strong problem solving skills and mentality
• You are courageous and willing to make decisions
• You have collaborative style and ability to influence
• You are open minded, pro-active and able to drive change
• You have high sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities
• You have strong communication skills (written and oral)
