Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of Retail expansion plan from candidate evaluation, store recruitment, business justification, construction, and openings of New Goodyear Branded Outlet, achieve GYAC expansion target with focus priority growth in Java and Sumatra island, and other areas as a secondary priority
  • Develop business beyond organic growth by filling up white spaces of car dealer channels. Develop a sales plan and deliver the sales target in the channel
  • Ensure the achievement of targeted TPM of GYAC, product coverage, and mix in GYAC channel by developing and driving the implementation of sales plans and market initiatives, by monitoring performance against objectives, and developing and implementing systems and processes for maximizing sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with Marketing Department to ensure signboards, merchandising, promotion and advertising and ensure in-line with brand strategy and comply with government regulation
  • Develop and facilitate Training  for all retailers to ensure training materials are updated aligned with Business focus and objectives (Key Product in Targeted Market Segment, sales capability, etc.)
  • Project management. Lead major project/s, as may be assigned. Manage major key accounts - the transformation of partnership with the company ensuring achievement of maximum gross margin and growth in line with the company vision and values


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any relevant degree in business
  • At least more than 3 - years of working experience as Sales Manager handling retail & business development in the tire or automotive industry
  • Experienced in strategic planning and implementation of local and national sales programs
  • Understanding of financial processes and reporting to evaluate business metrics
  • Highly experienced in multi-layer customer sales engagement
  • Strong relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Advanced computer skills (I.E. excel, PowerPoint, word)
