Sales & Marketing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages and analyzes sell-through and trade inventory from distributors as one of the key elements to developing sales bottom-up forecasts monthly
  • Consolidate and analyze sales roll-up from Regional Sales Managers to get the most updated sales projection vs. the target of the month. Including, comparing sales roll-up against e-portal, release orders, pending orders, and monthly target
  • Provide analysis and report for sales & marketing team daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Consolidate and monitor competitors' prices and activities from media and all area sales managers
  • Consolidate sales reports from distributors related to incentive programs such as distributor salesman incentive on MCT & OTR, trip program 
  • Support business improvement by improving fleet and store database. Also, sell-through report by SKU level, and support sales & marketing events 


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with data analytical, sales operation/processes, and tire & industry knowledge
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good English communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint)
