Site Representative - Tire Technical Support

Job Responsibilities:

Provide onsite technical support

• Repair tire – Hands-on job in collaboration with Mine Site workshop
• Perform tire inspection at the field – Hands-on in the shop, as per direction from superintendent Mine Site 
• Housekeeping workshop - part of the team to keep a clean and tidy working area
• Inspect all Goodyear tires when removed from service and report findings daily
• Perform safety inspection – Hazard report min 1 per week report to superintendent and help close the hazard
• Attend all safety and workshop meetings when required

Provide related reports for further service improvement.

• Provide Failure Analysis Report (FAR) to PT AMNT and Goodyear – for any Goodyear tire failure below 1000hrs, report share to the superintendent. 
• Fortnightly site condition report to the Mine Site and Goodyear.
• To advise and execute good maintenance practice for tire – skill development, tools, procedure, sharing best practices, etc.

Job Requirements: 

• At least Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any relevant field
• At least 5 years of work experience in handling tire repair
• Good English communication skills
• Good customer service
