Primary Purpose of the Position: 
Achieve the goals of profitability and sales units in the channel, supermarket, and department stores (Mass Merchandise), developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans defined for each client, identifying business opportunities, market intelligence, and information by ensuring the training that is required is given in order to contribute to Goodyear's growth plan.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop new customers in supermarket and department stores, identifying and innovating in Mass Merchandise channel or corporate customers, developing new business models, in order to achieve the goals of profitability and sales units.
Ensure the whole commercial cycle in supermarket channel and department stores, since prospecting the collection in order to guarantee a positive result for the Company.
Analyze the characteristics and needs of each account: 
 -Identifying operational opportunities 
-Implementing continuous improvement
-Identifying the segment and suggest the ideal mix of products
 
In order to ensure the sales execution and delivery of the products adding value to our business and clients. 
  • Maintain or increase Market Share (SOM), giving support and guide to each customer in order to develop sales and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Analyze the key indicators for each account (financial, supply, and sales obtained in each client system) to identify business opportunities and implementing action plans to achieve the goals of the Company. 
  • Develop and administrate marketing plans (price, product, promotion, and advertising) according to the characteristics of each customer in order to maintain and innovate on portfolio management, identifying the right product and competitiveness for the channel and customers. 
  • Ensure the sale and delivery of products, through the monitoring of the work plan with each client, with the intention of increasing the sale and satisfaction of our clients.
  • POS Strategy in order to increase sales to the final consumer. 
  • Provide specialized training with the intention of accompanying the growth of distributors and our business.
  • Manage and control reservations per customer. 
  • Management and control of SAD Sales.
  • Negotiate specific shots for special seasons (Summer sale, Holly week, Buen Fin, etc), ensuring the right product, forecast, and negotiate the prices with the different customers to complete or overcome the sales objectives.
  • Give follow up to the several accounts regarding payable accounts (past due) to ensure the correct management of past-due KPI´s
 
Experience: 
  • 4 - 6 or more years experience in the tire industry or aftermarket products and managing Supermarket channels or similar channels.
  • Courage and candor negotiator
  • Aggressive and Innovative looking for new opportunities for the business and channels
  • Walkthrough the company with different layers in order to improve processes and benchmark to innovate the category management 
  • Strong negotiation skills because of the competitive  MM segment. 
  • Office 365 advanced
  • Administration and sales process 
  • Knowledge of complete commercial cycle (prospecting – collection)
Desired
  • Knowledge in tires and cars industry
  • SAP
  • Finance Fundamentals 
  • Reports system Walmex and/or Retailink
 
 
Education & Certifications:
Degree in Administration or any Commercial Career. Industrial Engineering or similar.
Desired
Post-graduate in Sales and Marketing, Retail, Supply to commercial chain, minimarket and supermarket, as well as department store.
