The Opportunity

The Contracts Administrator has key responsibilities for the administration of contract documentation through all creation stages (from initial contract request through to contract signature and archiving), using Goodyear's contract management system. They administer contract documentation (post-signature) through the life-cycle of the contract, including renewals and amendments, using Goodyear's contract management system. They also administer other legal & compliance processes/systems as requested, including third party anti-bribery due diligence and management of corporate documents for subsidiaries. They ensure adherence to applicable contract/compliance policies and in line with agreed service levels (SLAs), supporting primarily Goodyear's EMEA (Europe Middle East & Africa) region, but also supporting Asia Pacific & Americas when requested.


Main Duties And Responsibilities
 

  • Receive and review requests for new contracts in Goodyear’s contract management system. Create new contracts in the system, completing mandatory/non-mandatory fields, uploading contract documents and supporting documentation, setting up approvers, setting up review rounds, setting up electronic signatures, completing compliance checks
  • Collaborating with Goodyear stakeholders, including contract requestors and contract reviewers to ensure timely creation, review and signature (electronic and wet) of contract documentation (using communication centre function in the contract management system)
  • Archiving of signed contract documentation in the contract management system and paper copies, in accordance with applicable contract policies
  • Administer signed contract documentation through life cycle of contract, using the contract management system, scheduling reminders for key events, such as contract renewals
  • Administer other legal & compliance processes as required, including third party anti-bribery due diligence, management of corporate documentation for subsidiaries etc.

 

To Join Our Team You Will Need

 

  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Previous contract document administration experience for a multi-national organisation working in a shared service centre environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of Contract+ (Jaggaer) contract management system (or similar) would be preferred, along with experience of other legal & compliance process administration.
  • The ability to instill confidence. Ability to deal with people at all levels. The ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in a written format.
  • Excellent organisation skills. Computer literate.
  • Ability to assimilate and analyse information quickly and accurately and make sound decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to build effective relationships.
