Main Duties And Responsibilities

The purpose of the country controller is to ensure timely, accurate and insightfull preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP, local EU regulation and legislation in a standard and simplified manner This will encompass, but is not limited to:
- Month End Reporting

- Annual Financial Statements

- Taxation

- Internal Controls

- Team management & Development

- Business awareness

This includes building a strong and engaged team working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

To Join Our Team You Will Need

• Business Administration Degree or equivalent (MBA, CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent - nice to have)
• 5-7 years of experience relevant to finance and accounting with continuously increased responsibility, including people management .
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles for US GAAP/IFRS. Knowledge of a European country local GAAP as well as regulation / legislation is considered an asset
• Deep understanding of accounting procedures, business processes and operations
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High degree of computer literacy (SAP, Microsoft Office)
