Government Compliance - Technical Assistant

Job Location:  Bucharest
Working Arrangement: Hybrid 

The Opportunity

This role is designed to achieve the homologation and labeling of the new products according to the regional legal requirements, prepare and process the needed documents to be used for the application for certificates to the Government homologation bodies; support the implementation of the new regulations (or amended ones) into daily operational activities and contribute to operational process and productivity improvements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify the needed tire test results required to release an SKU.
• Manage to receive the results in due time in line with the New Product Introduction schedule.
• Verify the compliance of the data to the intended regional regulations (EMEA/APAC/LA).
• Prepare the formatted documents required to proceed to certificate application to the Government authorities.
• Store the received certificate or publish label grade in our IT system (eCert/TLGA)

To Join Our Team You Will Need

• 2-year professional experience in office environment, preferably in homologation area, dealing with regulatory authority or reporting function
• Basic computer knowledge. Learn and apply technology/standard in performing assigned tasks                       
• Good communication skills. Customer oriented. Active participant in meeting. Seek for clarification when lack of understanding
• Basic analytical and logical skills, Learn and apply tools/methods to solve problems and make good decisions
• Takes responsibilities for self-performance and results. Plans work to insure effective performance. Able to work alone, in a team
• Basic project management skills. Learn and apply project management tools/standard in the execution of  assigned projects
