Main Duties And Responsibilities
•    Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates 
•    Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements
•    Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems

To Join Our Team You Will Need
•    Experience in an administrative office environment, preferably HR or legal background
•    Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable 
•    PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset)
•    Fluency in English and in another European language will be an asset (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch) 
•    Accurate working style
•    Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
•    Stress resistant
•    Professional communication skills
