Main Duties And Responsibilities
•    Develop and support HR Analytics with focus on data analytics and insights
•    Create and maintain  HR tools and systems to ensure proper data entry, integrity and accuracy
•    Partner with the business to ensure the HRBP's receive up to date analytical information regarding employee life cycle. 
•    Deliver data visualization tools and training to enhance HR teams' understanding and interpretation of HR data
•    Provide guidance and support to HR teams in leveraging data for decision-making

To Join Our Team You Will Need
•    Min 3 years of experience in HR Controlling and Analytics, Finance or IT
•    Fluency in English is a must; any other European language is of advantage
•    Excellent MS Office Skills and knowledge of SAP HR, advanced in Access and Excel
•    Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
•    Strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills and ability to work independently
•    Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of seniority
