HR Specialist - Reporting & Analytics

The opportunity
As Specialist HR Reporting & Analytics you will collaborate with key HR Business partners and groups on queries and reports for both standard and ad hoc delivery, dashboards, and data integrity, using a variety of IT tools.
You will independently create the necessary reports using modern, IT integrated tools.
In this role your responsibility is to create and maintain HR tools and systems to ensure proper data entry, integrity and accuracy.

 

Major responsibilities: 
•    Carry out Headcount planning and provide monthly or quarterly reporting
•    Create and deliver accurate reports and analyses using HR Master data tools and HR payroll system data
•    Provide support for, but not limited to, researching and resolving HR system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities and analytics; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
•    Identify training needs of end users and prepare training material in relation to system functionality, utilization, new processes and procedures
•    Participate to the optimization of processes in the HR Shared Service Team
 
To join our team you will need:

 

Education: 
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science or Business Administration.

 

Languages: 
Fluency in English. French/German/Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset.

 

Skills & Qualifications: 
•    Excellent MS Office Skills and knowledge of SAP HR, advanced in Access and Excel
•    Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills
•    Strong analytical skills; very organized and stress resistant
•    Strong customer service orientation, problem solving skills and ability to work independently
•    Ability to influence and persuade across all levels of seniority;
•    Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
