Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Apart from the regular Billing & Care activities, a special focus will be on the below, mainly connected to the month-end close period for intercompany activities:

  • Billing Output conditions maintenance
  • Customer creation in SD  (sales organization, distribution channel)
  • Change billing date to next month for EFS Debit notes created by GBS (ZZE*)
  • Run Interco billing Swiss
  • Check open items and bill returns for EU01 - Close month end billing; Check CN for Eu01 01 VW ireland
  • Mail for billing closing deadline
  • List of invoices blocked for VAT purpose followed up with VAT team
  • Run billing transactions for intercompany invoices - Close month end billing
  • Run billing transaction for all invoices - Close month end billing
  • Luxembourg Mounting Center  (LMC) billing check
  • Manufacturing sales orders ( e.g: SAVA, Debica, Waste)
  • Other billing miscel. Questions and project, meetings
  • Regression/EKN testing
  • SOX controls (IM01, IM02, OC7, OC15, OC12)

  • Fluency in business English, both speaking and writing
  • Profound IT Skills especially Microsoft Office as Excel and Power Point and SAP R/3 SD Module
  • Confident and professional behaviour throughout all hierarchy levels of the business

Stakeholders:

All EMEA OE (Sales teams, OTD, Distribution Controller), Local and GBS Finance teams (e.g: GBS RTR, RTR OPS, GBS VAT, FCM).
