Who we’re looking for

Are you an ambitious self-starter, strong relationship-building skills and a good command of English and either Romanian or Bulgarian?


Do you have 3-5 years experience in Sales (B2B, B2C), preferably in a technical field, and are proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel?

What you’ll do

General responsibilities:

  • Executes the sales & marketing strategy for Off The Road (OTR) and Construction Industrial (CI ) products at fleets (End-users) and dealers (B2B) level, wherever they may be located in Romania, Moldavia and Bulgaria
  • Delivers sales pitches and performs product checks at clients’ sites (working sites e.g. underground mines, open-pit mines, quarries, gravel pit, harbors, airports)
  • Prepares sales forecast for the rolling 18 months per Targeted Market Segment (TMS) supported by Risk&Opportunities, risk mitigation actions and gap closure plan
  • Prepares detailed reports covering tire performance KPI's/ use internal tool (EM TRACK) to generate future demand and provide field feedback to R&D department
  • Become expert and advisor of customers through regular needs analysis and product checks, highlighting the results and the economic advantage of Goodyear's products and services
  • Supports Customer Service Department with collecting claim documentation/ photos/ internal procedure (BX84) form
  • Develops and implements programs and solutions for distribution channels

    Sales & Marketing:

  • Achieves individual business targets, monitors customer financial condition, supports marketing campaigns for dealers and fleets including sell out campaigns, marketing materials distribution, events with customers preparation


  • Manages dealer and fleet business (end-users) on country/sub-cluster level for all channels, creates, manages and implements dedicated tools to maintain fleets including EM TRACK, CRM, Audits, Testimonials

    OTR Excellence:

  • Provides coaching and trainings on fleet cooperation, tools implementation. Shares best practices and testimonials within and outside. Monitors progress of technical activities on fleet levels. Leads projects to engage and improve their capabilities to improve operational cost


  • Reports fleets activity, monitors and prepares field inspection reports, 3PA sales level, pan-European accounts sales, competitors activity, GY and competitors' products performance, dealers and OEM's network quality (audit)
