The Opportunity
- Reporting directly to the GBS Bucharest Manager CI&RPA, this position will help identify, coordinate and implement automation initiatives within and outside GBS but also make sure to apply improvement and standardization concepts.
- This position will also help identify, initiate, coordinate and implement automation initiatives at local/regional and global level. Working hand-in-hand with other global/regional process owners and RPA&CI and IT team members. In doing so, they will be expected to consult and coordinate a broad range of stakeholders, including internal GBS management, global/regional IT, local country leadership
- For above activities will assist the GBS Bucharest Manager CI&RPA in ensuring that change initiatives have the needed reviews and approvals, are correctly communicated and ensure that agreed global processes are followed.
- Serve as a liaison between different teams (GBS, local business, IT, Internal audit, GDPR/PII representative, 3rd party provider, etc.) and support in the gathering and analyzing business requirements to build pipeline and facilitate automation projects implementation.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert of automation/RPA in liaison with automation enthusiasts and coordinate efforts to obtain best outcome/results.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive collection of detailed requirements across departments to define, test, elicit and deliver technical and functional requirements to developers.
- Support development process by interpretation and clarification of business requirements and processes always keeping in mind and restating the target goals.
- Assess the business case behind the request, the ROI for its implementation, therefore providing inputs in the prioritization process of all automations.
- Facilitate workshops as required to bring the businesses together.
- Coordinate with RPA enthusiasts to deliver automation projects."
- Serve as change agent - influence, consult, and lead efforts for sharing best practices
- Gather critical information from meetings with various partners to provide status updates on automation projects.
- Ensure the accurate reporting of automation projects in center targets
- Ensure that full communication and change management plans are in place and executed for all initiatives. This includes ensuring correct training, both in GBS and in the local businesses is carried out.
To Join Our Team You Will Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience and capability to manage autonomously a wide range of local/regional/global projects
- 5+ years of total work experience in a relevant workstream (finance, procurement, customer service) environment
- 1-2 years of Business/System Analyst (or equivalent) experience
- Minimum 1 year of developing and implementing RPA process automations OR recent formal RPA Training completion.
- Agile project management exposure/experience
- Proven autonomy and perseverance to drive initiatives from business need to deliverables.
- Team player attitude and pro-activity in day-to-day activities.
- Demonstrated experience working successfully with teams to deliver automation solution
- Experience prioritizing competing demands and obtaining buy-in from stakeholders
- Openness to contradictory opinions and flexibility in your thinking
- A willingness to jump into projects and situations and make sense of ambiguous details
- Strong project and change management skills, familiarity with project management approaches and tools required.
- Strong communication skills with all levels of stakeholders and ability to influence others towards a common goal required.
