Senior Specialist Customer Engagement, EMEA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

EMEA Customer engagement / magazine testing coordination 
•    Definition and roll out of EMEA customer engagement and content calendar
•    Media relations related to magazine testing
•    B2B platform design and coordination 
•    Design and project management of central led customer engagement activations and B2B content tools  

Sales incentives & events management 
•    Design of sales incentive programs
•    End-to-end coordination of sales incentives calendar
•    External & internal main sales incentive contact, briefing and total project management 

Digital process development  
•    Active participation in implementing a new digital customer platform 
•    B2B lead generation insights and supporting tools 

REQUIREMENTS:
•    Very good German & Engish language skills 
•    Strong customer relationship building and cross-functional collaboration skills 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Experience in building and maintaining media relations  
•    Ability to handle demanding stakeholders 
•    Proven event project management expertise 
•    Hands on person to manage travel & logistics process 
•    Digital B2B engagement experience (CMS/Lead Generation/B2B social) and content creation 
•    Digital customer platform implementation is considered an asset
•    Innovative approach, eager to find ad hoc/last minute solutions
•    Digital savvy/expert 
•    Automotive industry professional background is considered a strong asset
