Senior Specialist Customer Engagement, Consumer EMEA

Main responsibilities: 

 

Responsible for EMEA Customer engagement (annual calendar execution):

  • Contributes Customer engagement leader in defining customer engagement annual calendar, investigating  and evaluating potential new approaches
  • Based on annual Brand portfolio objectives, supports on Customer engagement leader in execution/delivery of customer engagement and content calendar as per defined delivery approach  (BtoB, newletters, webinars, videos, events …)
  • Responsible for annual Motorsports/Blimp events, on site activation and implementation to the benefit of our customer experience
  • Acts as main point of contact between internal and external teams for central led customer engagement activations and tools
  • Manages  external suppliers supporting the execution incl briefing, guiding and challenging them
  • Briefs and coordinates cross functional contribution to content/customer engagement/sales incentive delivery ( R&D, brand, internal facilities … points of contact)
  • Briefs and guides internal contributors to content execution across all countries (sales, sales enablement and trade marketing teams for instance)

 

Accountable for sales incentives calendar execution:

  • Contributes Customer engagement leader in defining sales incentives annual catalogue, investigating  and evaluating potential new approaches
  • Accountable for the execution/delivery of sales incentive  ‘trips/events’ / content calendar as per defined Sales incentives/Customer engagement and content calendar
  • Manages  external suppliers, briefing, guiding and challenging them
  • Coordinates cross functional contribution to calendar delivery ( R&D, brand, internal facilities … points of contact)
  • Briefs and guides internal contributors to events execution across all countries (sales, and trade marketing teams for instance)

 

Main interactions:

  • Works with Brand content managers to brief on and gather assets required for BtoB content calendar
  • Works with Central Trade marketing team to understand customer mapping criteria and consequent need for differentiated BtoB content development needs
  • Works with Hub trade marketing leaders and managers to support execution of sales incentives ‘trips/events’ annual calendar
  • Works with Motorsports race partners to ensure proper on site customer activation plans execution
  • Works with external agencies for Customer engagement calendar execution
  • Works with internal R&D, on site facilities managers to develop and execute engagement calendar content

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, Events and (digital) B2b communication
  • Strong B2B content experience
  • Proven events experience, including digital
  • Proven project management experience
  • External  customer mindset
  • Proven communication and relationship building skills. 
  • Proven ability to perform in a multi-cultural business environment
  • Proven experience cross countries or at regional level
