Primary Purpose:
The Financial Planning Jr Manager has the primary purpose of coordinate the consolidation and analysis of financial business reports

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze and provide financial information, financial forecast - Long and Short term, decision support, monitor and analyze business performance (country and SBU)
• forecast processes, annual budgets, regional requirements, monthly Business Analysis preparation, corporate requirements (business analysis)
• Consolidate, and prepare financial forecast and budgets to be submitted to Corporate
• Prepare and analyze: Sales, COGS, SAD and EBIT walks; Operating Cash Flow, Working Capital; Gross Margins; PBU
• Identify solutions to market-back challenges by leveraging Open Innovation, emerging technologies, partnerships, networks, suppliers, ideation, etc.

Education and Certifications:
A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a concentration in business administration, engineering, economics or accounting
A post-degree on Finance or related courses is desired

Experience:
It is required that the individual has a minimum of 6 years of experience in financial planning. A Field experience will be an added advantage

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Advance English Skills
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting
• General Accounting
• General knowledge of Information Technology including MS Excel, Hyperion and Essbase skills
