Primary Purpose and main Responsibilities:
• Manage best in class product portfolio, Pricing & Mix Management performance across the Consumer and/or Commercial business in the country. Design and ensure adherence to standard Product, Pricing and Mix Processes, including targets and metrics across the Consumer and/or Commercial Business Support & Oversee market back alignment for Product, Pricing and Mix initiatives and priorities in key country organizations to Strategic Business Plan of each country and to the PBU regional product/pricing/mix priorities.; Optimize ROI of our current product portfolio by developing new product roadmaps focused on targeted market segments and supporting managing pricing strategies aimed at sustainable profitable growth of the business in the country.
• Introduce a best-in-class Product/Pricing/Mix performance management mindset across country and/or region in cooperation with the country sales teams and PBU heads. Guide the country PBUs and sales leadership teams on how to plan/manage/analyze and execute matrix views and multi-dimension views on product/pricing/mix around business objectives.
• Drive and develop standard lean product roadmaps across the region as well as maintain a portfolio and drive operational excellence by streamlining our innovation and product development organization into tangible deliverables.
• Drive cross functional team to deliver on agreed targets (among other: quality of inventory, inventory levels, SKU prioritization for production and distribution, forecast accuracy, open orders, back orders, etc.) Define, propose and seek agreement in coordination with the Consumer and/or Commercial regional team, PBU Leaders and respective MD/GM on a set of KPIs that will serve as Product/Pricing/Mix targets for the country organizations to support of optimal ROI of current capacity and capability planning.
• Manage performance via regional scorecard and report progress to the PBU Organization and LA leadership team on an ongoing basis.
• Manage research & market intelligence resources (internal and external) in the field to produce a relevant set of reliable information to support decision making around product/pricing/mix business initiatives.
• Frecuently visti to main customer in order to be in touch with the market price and Sales Changes for loss of conpetitiveness. This position needs to travel around 60% of the time to evaluate the competition, the consumer and the market.
Education:
• Required: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering and/or Marketing Desired: B.S Mechanical Engineering, MBA Marketing
Experience:
• Required: 3 - 6 years experience preferably in Multinational Corporations with clear track record on business turnaround situations, business growth situations (must have run through both good and bad economic cycles within the same company).
• Abstain Job hoppers.
• Business Mindset/Expertise first and Functional Expertise second. Abstain functional experts with substandard business mindset.
• Proven Experience of direct interaction with board members at regional level and country Managing Directors. Great Professional Executive Presence is a plus. Desired: Project Management, tire design and tire marketing/industry experience

• Required: Solid Understanding of Strategic Product/Pricing all through implementation Fluent in English, Portuguese.
