TOTAL REWARDS MANAGER

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Conducts studies and market surveys that identify practices and trends to support the development of compensation and benefits strategies; 
  • Perform studies and establish proposes and tools for a better balance in the components of the total remuneration package, via establishment and maintenance of remuneration policies and processes, such as evaluation of positions guide, evaluation of career, etc., aiming internal balance, as well as the attraction and retention of personnel through policies that are sound, competitive and consistent with the values of the organization; 
  • Suggests variable remuneration models as a tool for strategic alignment that aims associate commitment with the results of the organization, stimulating them to reach the defined objectives; 
  • Runs implementation systems and processes supporting benefits such as private pension plans, medical and dental care, meal voucher, transportation voucher, life insurance, and others; 
  • Leads the implementation and management of HR information systems (HRIS) and projects in the area, as well as following the post-implementation processes; 
  • Interface between company and suppliers of HR systems, guaranteeing the accomplishment of the requested works, optimizations and updates of the systems, their effectiveness, compliance with deadlines, etc. always in line with the SLAs; 
  • Develops, tracks, and communicates HR indicators that support the management of the Total Rewards area and others; 
  • Participates in Change Management process, collaborating in the process of communication, process change, and mindset of users in general - tied to HR; 
  • Assures the development and training of system users (HR professionals and other users); 
  • Generates forecasts and accruals for expenses related to the company's cost of total remuneration and monitors evolution over the months throughout the year

 

Education:

  • Required: Graduation in HR, Business Administration / Statistics / Economics / Information Systems or related.
  • Advanced English Skills required
  • Desired:  Post graduation on those disciplines above

 

Experience:

  • Required: 5 years in Compensation & Benefits and on implementation of HR systems
  • Desired: 
  • Knowledge of Compensation Eletronic Systems;
  •  Project management;
  •  Logic of Systems;
  •  Advanced Office Pack knowledge, maily Excel and PPT;
  •  Elaboration of Various Statistics;
  •  Costs calculations / salary charts;
  •  Logic oriented thinking / capablility of reports' creation
  •  knowledge of labor BRA and social security legislation
