The opportunity


•Responsible for definition of bundle offer roadmap on already existing Goodyear and Proactive Solutions products with additional internal or external available products.
•Define ideas/concepts by involving all required cross-functional stakeholders.
•Be on the driving seat from idea generation to market implementation (with handover to business).
•All tasks related to Idea/Concept, Evaluation, Development, Testing, Validation and Implementation need to be defined, detailed, documented, created and executed.

To join our team you will need: 



Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field



•3-5 years sales experience in selling solutions/services
•5-7 years of experience in business development and project management
•Experience in automotive industry (preferably also related to services / B2B and B2C)
•Proven track record in creating innovative product / service bundles and implementing successfully it in several European markets



English Is must. French and German will be considered as strong assets

Skills & Qualifications:

•Excellent analytical, conceptual skills and commercial understanding
•Strong project management skills with experience in working and leading cross-functional project teams
•Proven business development and implementation skillset
•Capability to think strategically and ability to see the big picture
•Ability to work in international and multi-functional environment
•Self-starter and quick learner
•Strong, self-confident communicator who is able to interact with stakeholders, customer and higher management level
•Availability and willingness to travel
