Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (m/f)

The opportunity

We are currently looking for Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Colmar-Berg, Luxembourg. On this position you will:

  • Configure AWS cloud resources and applications
  • Configure and fine-tune cloud infrastructure systems, monitor and manage cloud services
  • Improve solutions based on costs required for planning of governance, budgeting, and reporting
  • Understand the metrics and monitor the utilization of AWS resources on a full scale by making use of Amazon CloudWatch
  • Reduce the time required for production by using Infrastructure as Code solutions such as Terraform
  • Plan code deployments and rollbacks, manage packages and containers; manage disaster recovery plans and create data backups
  • Design and implement deployment and configuration management systems
  • Translate the architectural requirements of the system to infrastructure as code, micro services, etc.
  • Test implemented designs.
  • Take part in design research and identify design opportunities
  • Improve infrastructure development and application development processes


To join our team you will need:



You have Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS or related field


You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is an asset.


  • 6+ years of experience in software development or operations
  • Demonstrated experience with automating, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based AWS production systems
  • Experience with CI/CD tools
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience with microservices and containers


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of programming best practices
  • Ability to solve problems and adapt quickly to new design and application trends
  • Very strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Commitment to timely, high quality and error free deliverables.
