The Opportunity


Currently we are looking for Group Communications Manager to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:


  • Be is responsible for integrated communications planning and implementation in Lux,
  • Serve as main interface for country communications in Luxembourg by addressing internal and external audiences (business, functions, operations).
  • Drive and execute communications priorities to support strong brands and general reputation,
  • Manage local communications programs designed to inform and energize associates.
  • Act as a communication advisor for Luxembourg towards PBU & functional leadership.
  • Achieve correct positioning and perception of the company in Luxembourg by managing all potential communication channels and influencing stakeholder groups through developing and protecting the image of the company.
  • Lead company Public Relations and Media Relations activities and proactively develop the positioning and perception of the company, people, products and brands.
  • Manage and drive communications projects in close alignment of EMEA communications team.



To join our team you will need:



University degree preferably in Communications, Humanities, Economics, Political Sciences, Business.



Fluency in English & French/German is a must. Luxembourgish is a strong asset



  • Minimum 5 years in experience holding a communications related job covering relations with the media, strategic communications
  • Experience and knowledge of company, commercial, regulatory and Capital Market Board legislation. 
  • In depth knowledge of the local market and its' specificity
  • Prior senior corporate role in Communications.


Skills required:  

  • Good experience in communications crisis management.
  • Good experience with running communications campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator, strategic thinker, strong team player, customer focus, delivery focus, good networking skills.
  • Ability to easily shift from theory into execution.
  • Ability and experience to lead and develop teams, sound budget management skills. 
  • Cultural sensitive, high level of integrity.
  • Deep understanding of media both online and print.
  • Excellent writing skills.
