The Opportunity

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employees and management in defined departments. In this role the HRBP acts as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. You will also act as employee champion and change agent. In the day-to-day business, the HRBP continuously assesses and anticipates HR related needs, therefore the HR BP:

  • Works directly with department and people managers.
  • Participates actively in departmental meetings, covering HR subjects.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for associates asking for HR assistance and support.
  • Ensure HR policies, internal procedures and important labor law aspects are understood and followed.
  • Actively works on performance management related tasks, Recruitment, Salary planning and other HR projects/assignments.
  • Work closely with the HR Shared service center to ensure that all administrative requirements are dealt with in ‘excellence’


To join our team, you will need:



The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree specialized in Human Resources or Business Administration.

The candidate must be fluent, both in English and French. German will be a strong advantage.


At least 5 years of experience & knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
