The opportunity
The HRBP for GOT EMEA will provide strategic HR business partnership to senior level leaders within the GOT organization and day to day HR support to 150-200 associates. The incumbent will lead and own key HR processes, programs and initiatives in support of the overall objectives of the assigned groups directly, while partnering with global peers to ensure consistency in service and support delivery on a global scale.
Duties and responsibilities will include partnering with business leaders and relevant HR Centers of Excellence to drive world class HR strategies and provide innovative solutions around recruiting and selection, training and development, change management, performance management, diversity & inclusion, workforce planning, talent reviews
Responsibilities:
OPERATIONAL - Provide advice, follow-up and decision making support in areas such as:
- HR policies and procedures improvement and communicates updates to employees
- Acts as a consultant and expert to leaders and employees on social HR regulations and laws such as labor law etc.
- Mobility management (on boarding, transfer, exit)
- Champion Shared Service to ensure positive associate experience
- Recruitment of white and blue collars, if applicable
STRATEGIG PARTNERING
- Partner with the business leaders to champion associate engagement activities and build a high performing, inclusive culture
- Responds to Business leaders, line managers and employee questions regarding their needs, concerns & complaints
- Design and facilitation of workshops in collaboration with COE on key leadership initiatives (manager assimilation, GROW, people management, organisational design, succession planning …). This takes into account change management.
EMPLOYEE MEDIATOR
- Manages conflict between employees
- Maintains Union relationship and coordinates to solve employee problems
- Act as a consultant to balance the relationship between Managers and employees
- Act as a consultant on handling work/life balance topics
ANALYTICS
- Analyze trends and indicators in partnership with HR group to deliver solutions to the business (absenteeism, bradford
- Report data inconsistencies
To join our team you will need :
Education:
Bachelor in HR, psychology or Business administration (a Master is preferred).
Experience:
- At least 5+ years previous experience as a business leader or client facing HR leader
- Coaching and consulting
- Successfully balancing multiple priorities within the global matrix organization while maintaining employee engagement and satisfaction Experience in driving. Talent Management strategy through matrix organizations
- Employee Relations experience
