Human Resources Analytics Interns (m/f)

Project 1 – Human Resources Information Systems, 6 months

 

The opportunity

 

As an intern within our team, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with our local Human Resource Information System expert on the following subjects:

 

-Create a manual to document the processes involved in the function while looking for opportunities for improvement, automation and lean solutions

 

-Train the Human Resources team on the use of Human Resources systems for reporting

 

-Provide daily support with the preparation of standard reports

 

 

To join our team you will need:

 

Education:

The student should be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Degree in IT, Business Administration, Communication or any related field (with a strong interest in Information Technology).


Languages:

English is a must. French and German are considered as an advantage.

 

Skills:

The student will need to demonstrate the following skills & qualifications:

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Access and Excel VBA
-Knowledge of SAP for Human Resources would be an advantage
-Team Player
-Self Driven
-Able to take initiative

 

Project 2 – Human Resources Shared Service Center, 6 months

 

The opportunity

 

As an intern within our team, you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with our Human Resource Shared Center experts on the following subjects:

-Create a Standard Operating Procedures and Processes manual to document the activities performed by our local team
-Communicate with Human Resource Shared Service Center team and Team Leaders, and share ideas for improvement and standardization of processes
-Work with the team to support the needs of our Goodyear associates and be able to act as back-up on simple tasks

 

To join our team you will need:

 

Education:

The student should be enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication or any related field. 


Languages:

English is a must. In addition, the student must speak French and/or German.

Skills:

The student will need to demonstrate the following skills & qualifications:

-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of SAP for Human Resources would be an advantage
-Team Player
-Self Driven
-Able to take initiative
