Industrial Designer

We are currently looking for a passionate Industrial Designer who will join our Advanced Design Studio Team in Luxembourg to design future mobility solutions together. As a member of our Design team, you will:

  • Define and evolve visual identities of each brand from Goodyear's large portfolio while keeping high differentiation level between all the brands.
  • Create innovative and differentiated premium product designs at the best possible quality perception.
  • Ideate and design new mobility concepts/visions.
  • Think out of the box, deliver on creativity to solve complex problems and work with cross functional teams to turn ideas into viable technical solutions.
  • Partner with well-known car manufacturer's Design Studios on short- and long-term projects.
  • Design innovative tread, sidewall and technology features for all segments and all applications of all brands from our company's global portfolio.
  • Ideate and produce marketing visuals (Features, Actions & Benefits), logos and support marketing strategies.
  • Create visuals and/or mock-up of OEM and Corporate Concept tires.
  • 3D Modelling & Photorealistic renderings.

To join our team; you will need:

Education:

A master’s degree in industrial design (Bac+5) – recognized/approved by the local state.


Languages:
English is a must. Other European language is considered as an asset.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Team player, willing to learn in a dynamic environment, not be afraid to treat many different projects at the same time to be delivered in short timelines comparable with a Start-up mindset.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Autodesk Alias is a must. Skills in Catia, Autodesk VRED and Blender are considered as assets.
  • Experience/capabilities to leverage AI for exploration of designs.
