The Opportunity

 

•Proactively support the Legal Team in the day-to-day business (mainly focusing on contract law) on a wide range of legal matters throughout Europe in various jurisdictions.
•Draft and review various commercial agreements.
•Draft and review various corporate documents.
•Conduct legal research and drafting notes in various legal subjects (i.e. Recent European law developments in privacy matters and payment terms, indemnification process under the CMR (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road), etc.
•Develop and classify the legal knowledge management database.
•Preparation of presentations for team meetings & training material.
•Administration and filing of contracts.

 

To join our team you will need:

 

Education:

•Must be enrolled in Master of Law degree or equivalent with ideally a specialization in Business or Civil Law with international focus.
•A previous experience, training or education abroad will be considered as an asset.

 

Languages:

•Excellent level in English (written and spoken).
•French and German will be considered as an asset.

 

IT & soft skills:

•Dynamic, thorough and able to work autonomous.
•Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, taking initiative, enthusiastic and results driven.
•Flexible, ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment in an organized manner.
•Good Microsoft Office skills.
