The opportunity:

We are currently looking for Interns in our Test Engineering team for a project in:


Physics field

In the frame of the tire testing operations, GY designs new tracks (or re-surface) every years. The characteristics of the aggregates are the key elements. The objective of this internship is to develop a method to characterize the mineralogy of the aggregates (Petrography) from the preparation of the samples to the final analysis.


To join our team you will need:



The student should be registered in one of the following studies: Physics, (Water) Chemistry and Earth Sciences or Statistics



English is a must. French or German is an asset


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of Matlab
  • Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Problem-solving methodologies
  • Out-of-the-box thinking
  • Strong communication, and presentation skills


You must be available for 4-6 months & be enrolled in university.

Ideal starting date : Early to Mid January 2021
