Your mission:

Within a fast-paced and challenging environment and as part of a dynamic team your main role will consist in providing legal and administrative support to the legal team. In addition, you will conduct legal researches, gather relevant information and perform specific delegated substantive legal work under lawyer/legal counsel supervision.


Your responsibilities:

  • Handle the preparation of contracts, agreements and reports;
  • Track and check documents (signature, legislation, administrative follow-up);
  • Perform a variety of legal researches;
  • Coordinate and prepare board meetings;
  • Draft board minutes and board resolutions;
  • Maintain statutory registers;
  • Register extracts/certificates, arrange for legalizations, notarizations and apostilles
  • Advise on the preparation and submission of documentation in relation to change of name, change of managers / directors, change in articles of association, transfer of shares, amendment to share capital etc.;
  • Provide assistance with the preparation of procedures;
  • Liaise with notaries, lawyers (both internally and externally) auditors and other service providers.



  • A degree in law or a successful first experience in a similar position in a law firm, trust company or accounting firm
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
  • Fluency in English;French language would be an asset
