Process Engineer for Mold Plant (m/f)

The Opportunity

•Propose, develop and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing lead time, quality and cost of tire curing molds.
•Improve production processes on criteria as cost, energy consumption, lead time, quality, feasibility.
•Provide support on existing technical installations to production departments.
•Improve on working conditions (environmental, ergonomics, safety) 
 
To join our team you will need:
 
Education:
Successfully completed Bachelor or preferably Master degree in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Languages:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) plus in French and/or German is a must

 Experience (desired):
•Mechanical or electro-mechanical design experience
•Programming of manufacturing equipment, macro programming
•Equipment industrialization
•Project leadership

IT, Soft Skills & others (desired):
•MS Office (World, Excel, Power Point)
•CAD/CAM (preferred software Catia V5 - additional CAD tools is an asset)
•Programming tools like VBA
•Ability to work in a multi-cultural team, as well as independently
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, curious and open minded
•Good understanding of customer requirements to translate them into technical solutions
•Sense of responsibility and urgency - Showing initiative, being proactive
•Willingness to travel occasionally
