Product Manager - Drive Over Reader - Proactive Solutions (m/f)

The Opportunity

Currently we are looking for Product Manager Drive Over Reader (DOR) to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that solve customer problems, grow market share and drive growth.
  • Define the product roadmap for DOR and prioritize development tasks in cooperation with Engineering.
  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume.
  • Determine potential partner relationships (both technical and commercial) for the product.
  • Continuously maintain competitive intelligence in view of product features, line extensions and pricing.
  • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy reflecting product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.
  • Channelize requirements of DOR from global stakeholders. Build global center of excellence for DOR.
  • Continuously maximize business value from the product portfolio connecting the DOR and other Projects with multiple solutions.



To join our team you will need:



Bachelor degree in Business/Economics or Bachelor degree in Product Design/Development



  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Fluency in French or German is an asset.



  • 8+ years of overall experience in product development.
  • 6 years of experience project management.
  • Experience in automotive sector is a plus.
  • Experience in solution sales and/or product & service design
  • Good understanding of technology (hardware and software) and how this translates into meeting customer requirements

  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent understanding of customer needs/identification of customer needs
