The opportunity:

 

You will have the opportunity to join the Sales Operations & Pricing team.

 

Your mission:

 

-Lead strategic pricing projects to support key objectives of Commercial PBU.

-Facilitate team work by preparing data extracts, aggregation, validation and ensuring availability and quality of data used.

-Reconcile financial bookings in Sap vs PriMa when needed via working with Financial Controlling and FP&A departments.

-Ensure full alignment on pricing practices across Europe. Find and extent best practices, simplify and eliminate redundant processes in the frame of Design & Deliver organization. Create, revise and follow up on Pricing Routines.

-Resolve critical incidence and monitoring system performance.

-Supervise key users regarding system parameters settings (e.g.: Policy Tables) and set up changes (e.g.: users maintenance)

-Support system users on issues resolution and provide guidance on usage.

-Proactively support and help Director Sales Ops & Pricing Director in making decisions related to Pricing, analyzing data in order to present needed argumentations about best investments and profit of each action/decision taken.

-Promote a data-driven culture based on new IT solutions.

-Ensure key pricing decisions are based on facts and data.

 

To join our team you will need:

 

Education:

The candidate must have completed a University Degree, with a preference for business administration.

A Master of Business Administration is desired.


Languages:
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must. Knowledge of French, German, and/or Dutch is an asset.

 

Experience:

-At least 3 years experience in Pricing and/or Customer Administration is and/or FP&A desirable.

-Minimum of 3 year experience in business/data analysis or statistical modeling is desirable.

-Experience working under pressure.

-The candidate must be able to interact with Pricing Leadership Team.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

-Strong analytical skills, with excellent communication skills

-Strong understanding of systems (PriMa, SAP & EDW) and processes

-Ability to work and interact with virtual teams and across all levels of the organization
