The Opportunity

  • Exposure and interaction with key stakeholders in Marketing, Revenue Management and Demand Planning
  • Expert role when it comes to carpark-portfolio relationship and relating processes to sharpen OE pull, portfolio-mix, assortment recommendations.
  • Creating visibility of the Goodyear Product Portfolio performance all our Brands

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for competitive portfolio assessment and providing recommendations of portfolio performance and outside-in view based on a wide range of data sources.
  • Supports Complexity Reduction activities and our complementary portfolio approach across our brands.
  • Develops and improves existing reporting and tools and databases to track OE pull and the granular industry size & type, tire-segment, and technology-segment evolvement.
  • Is responsible for product input towards PCP process supporting the Product Managers

Flexibility and willingness to travel to Luxembourg.

 

Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Engineering, or Informatics
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel including Visual Basic for Applications and pivot tables and ideally basic knowledge of SQL databases and visualization tools such as QlikView
  • Understanding of Tires and Technology with ideally long-term experience in tire industry
  • Fluent English is a must – any other European languages are an asset.
  • Strong capabilities in the creation of MS PowerPoint presentations
