Supply Chain OE Coordinator (1-year temporary contract)

The opportunity
We are looking for 1 Coordinator (m/w/d) Supply Chain OE EMEA to join our team. Contractor, full time, under CDD - 1 Year in Luxembourg.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Coordination of order processing and delivery planning for OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) in line with the customer requirements and Goodyear's process guidelines and strategy
- First point of contact for customer inquiries regarding customer demands, product availability, delivery status and supply chain related complaints
- Ensuring the availability of our products for the OE customer
- Analysis of the customer requirements planned production quantities and inventories.
- Coordination and implementation of actions in case of supply shortages in close alignment with Supply Planning as well as with customers
- Inventory management for OE products in GY warehouses and warehouses at OE customer locations
- Evaluation of relevant KPIs and customer-related reporting (such as the supplier ratings of the OEMs, delivery performance, forecast accuracy, etc.)
- Participation in the monthly forecasting process for the individual OEMs in close alignment with the Key Account Managers, Sales Operations and EMEA Demand Planning Team
- Representative of the Supply Chain OE in OE Account Business teams and towards customers
- Collaboration in the conceptual design and further development of methods and process standards in the supply chain OE EMEA
Your profile:
- Successfully completed business apprenticeship with relevant working experience, preferably a university degree in economics with a focus on supply chain management / logistics
- Structured and solution-oriented approach with an analytical understanding.
- Ability to recognize problems at an early stage and to find solutions proactively.
- Firm appearance on various hierarchy levels and professional communication with the customer
- Experienced with MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint, and with SAP
- Very good written and oral communication skills in German, English and French will be an advantage.
- Willingness to occasionally go on business trips, if required also for more than one day
