Team Leader Finishing / Repair-Rework (m/f)

The opportunity:

 

Currently we are looking for a Team Leader Finishing Repair-Rework. On this position you will:

  • Organize, plan and follow-up the production in finishing department to achieve the defined objectives (Safety, Quality & Delivery) in compliance with all regulations (i.e. company policy) and standards. 
  • Continuously improve production processes, in terms of Safety, Quality and Productivity. 
  • Manage human resources in order to always have the needed staffing, keep the know-how and develop skills and competencies of people.
  • Organize, plan and follow-up the production in repair/rework dept. Achieve the defined objectives (Safety, Quality & Delivery) in compliance with all regulations (i.e. company policy) and standards. Be the contact person with tire plants and business. 

 

 

To join our team you will need:

 

Education:

Graduated in Mechanical Engineering


Languages:
Good knowledge of English, French and German is required

 

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of management experience in production environment.
  • Knowledge of the production environment, including supporting functions (logistics, maintenance ...)
  • Knowledge of economics and administrative management

 

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in continuous improvement techniques (5S, TPM, 6 sigma, SMED ...).
  • Proficiency in statistical tools and production management software (SAP, Microsoft Office ...)
  • Ability to animate and federate teams around production objectives
  • Ability to adapt, open mind and ability to communicate with different teams (from manager to operator)
  • Pragmatism, organizational, methodological and planning skills, to manage everyday manufacturing
  • Good synthesis to carry out the reporting or to solve problems with agility mind set
  • High responsiveness to quickly solve problems and anticipation to deal with incidents or malfunctions (Resilience and ability to work in the emergency)
