Your future role
- Efficient Order Processing: Facilitate seamless order intake and processing through effective management of telephonic and electronic orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in handling customer requests.
- Customer Engagement and Sales: Engage with customers through expert advice and effective telephone sales techniques, specifically focusing on promoting and selling tires, rims, rdks and complete wheels. Provide in-depth product knowledge and guidance to enhance the customer's purchasing experience."
- Relationship Management: Cultivate direct relationships with both suppliers and customers, serving as a key point of contact to ensure smooth communication and coordination between all stakeholders. Strengthen customer loyalty and implement strategies for customer retention and re-engagement.
- Lead Acquisition: Proactively engage in telephone-based lead acquisition activities, targeting defined leads to expand the customer base. Employ persuasive communication skills to generate interest in the company's products and services, ultimately contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Telephonic and Electronic Order Handling:
- Receive and process orders through both telephone and electronic channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
End-to-End Management of Order Processes:
- Conclusively handle all aspects of order processing, ensuring smooth and error-free transactions.
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in the order fulfillment process to maintain customer satisfaction.
Customer Consultation and Telephone Sales:
- Provide expert advice and consultation to customers regarding the selection of tires, rims, and complete wheels.
- Engage in telephone sales activities to promote products and services, driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.
Suppliers and Customers Collabration:
- Establish and maintain direct communication with both suppliers and customers.
- Efficiently process and handle clarifications related to supplier and customer invoices, collaborating closely with accounts payable and receivable departments.
- Maintain and update customer and supplier master data
Telephonic Lead Acquisition
- Conduct telephone-based acquisition activities targeting defined leads.
- Effectively communicate product offerings and benefits to potential customers, generating interest and potential sales opportunities.
To Join Our Team, it will require you having:
- Successful completion of a commercial education focus on customer service, wholesale business and supply chain
- 3 years of professional experience with knowledge in the wholesale market for tire, rim, rdks and/or complete wheel sector
- Preferably, experience in telephone sales and/or call center/customer service, with a focus on outbound activities
- Demonstrated experience and solid knowledge in accounting matters.
- Strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, and reliability
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of teamwork, collaboration, and loyalty
- Self-directed task management
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel, adept with common MS Office applications; SAP knowledge (especially in the SD module) is advantageous
- Fluent in German (written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous
