This opportunity to join the Commercial Sales team of Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres is the chance to achieve ambitious results through developing and optimising long term partnerships with customers in QLD while working with an experience national team.

 

About you

You will be an energetic and passionate individual who is motivated equally by achieving ambitious sales targets as you are in delivering customer service excellence in a B2B environment. Acquiring new business will be as important to you as nurturing existing relationships. Ideally you will have proven experience in a B2B sales and business development capacity. As an essential, you will be capable of influencing and working with a wide range of customers from large multinational corporations to independently-owned small businesses. While autonomy and accountability for a region is the core of your focus you will also enjoy engaging and collaborating with a broader national team to share learnings and leverage opportunities on a national level.

 

This is a role that requires regular travel within QLD and occasional interstate travel. As a result a full and valid drivers licence is a requirement.

 

About the role

 

  • Business Development with a strategic focus targeting large key accounts
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
  • Develop and build the sales pipeline by identifying and targeting accounts within fleet sales
  • Implement acquisition strategies to increase the customer base
  • Undertake strategic negotiation to achieve profitable commercial relationships
  • Strategic approach to pricing decisions and profit margins while monitoring and achieving sales revenue
