About the Role:

 

Join Goodyear as Sales Key Account Manager Lead and take ownership of one of our most important European accounts. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and delivering a comprehensive Key Account Plan across Europe and in the home country. Your goal: drive performance, achieve targets (Volume, gross profit, DSO), and lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic and operational excellence.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the Key Account Plan, ensuring clear direction and accountability across internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Pricing).

  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement pricing strategies, deploy marketing plans, evaluate financial viability, and analyze performance using internal tools and market data.

  • Act as the key liaison between European and local teams to ensure alignment and success in both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

  • Participate in high-impact negotiations when needed and maintain strong relationships with local Key Account Managers.

  • Ensure consistent communication and strategy execution across all regions involved.

 

Your Profile:

 

Experience & Education:

  • University degree (preferably in Business, Economics, or Technical fields).

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales.

  • Automotive or Car Dealer industry experience is a strong advantage.

  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

 

Skills:

  • Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset.

  • Excellent data and market trend analysis skills.

  • Strategic thinker with strong planning and execution capabilities.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience in Customer Experience Management and Product Management.

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work in a cross-cultural, cross-functional environment.
