BUSINESS / DATA ANALYST

 

Into the sales operation department, responsible of providing support to the sales force and PBU management. Make recommendations resulting from KPI’s, analysis, and interpretation of customer / key sales data: sell-in / sell-out / inventory (aligned distribution data), customer performance (volume, mix & financial topline) and CRM system.

 

Ensure coordination to success in business opportunity management. Provide recommendations from data analysis to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.

 

  • Analyze available data sharing information (internal / + customer deployment)
  • Extract, analyze and exploit available data through CRM and CME (potential / Internal for customer deployment)
    • Understand the methodology of the “Tableau” tool.
    • Further leveraging CME methodology (customer and Geo analytics) to salesforce to support customer development/consulting as a significant and integrated part of GY France Go To Market strategy.

 

  • Geo marketing (internal / + customer deployment):
    • Understand the end game of this project and establish/ coordinate the development plan (coordination with the marketing / sales teams)
    • Work in a standardized and structural steady business intelligence. based on Geo Analysis aligned with Goodyear strategy for France.
    • Create standardized and ad hoc reports and share them with relevant stakeholders such as marketing and sales to create a sophisticated understanding of the market situation in each area.
    • Support in improving analyzes and their results to support business decisions, create and improve value propositions and facilitate marketing activations "

 

  • FSD:
    • Establish a robust and collaborative process with our FSD to increase the value of our brands, gain SOM sell-out in the catchment area and increase the product mix (ERA).
    • Development and implementation with Sell-through Channel Managers and KA Managers Market intelligence Tools in the sell-through channel to fully integrate business development and customer consulting based on data analytics.
    • Clearing interface for customer contracted data incl. maintenance, analytics, and reporting

 

  • Reinforcement transversal projects such as Aligned distribution and Agent model

 

  • OE:
    • Be part of EMEA workstream.
    • Understand the potential local markets related to approvals. Transform them into arguments or value propositions to help customer relations and grow Goodyear's footprint with our customers (more specifically with our CDs)
    • Support for the marketing and sales teams (specific order forms, recommendations for placing in stock, etc.)

 

  • Detect opportunities and risks in the different channels through interaction with the sales team and data analysis. Coordinate mitigations (marketing campaigns, pricing, sales incentives, etc.) to ensure that opportunities materialize. Highlight these market opportunities with finance to optimize account profitability.

 

  • Feed the MDP in collaboration with the Sales teams.

 

    • Collecting sell-out trends and modeling a tool to analyze the risks / opportunities related to the constitution of stocks to allow the implementation of corrective actions.
    • Strengthen understanding of sell-in / sell-out interactions and trade stock effect into market.

 

  • Skills requirement:

 

    • Office: advanced Excel
    • Data Crunching: knowing how to analyze complex data and knowing how to transcribe it into simple messages / actions.
    • Relational: interpersonal skills (internal / external)
