Role Description
- Accountable and responsible for volume price mix in the area
- Accountable for adherence to sales (cost to sell, training) and marketing budget in the area
- Accountable for execution of mid-/short-term operational plan (sales activities) in assigned area
- Responsible for consumer and/or commercial objectives. Cascading the targets and objectives given by the Hub leaders to the wider sales team
- Responsible for distribution of resources within their area
- Responsible for decision on commercial terms & conditions within level of authority / framework (defined centrally)
- Focuses on value creation, getting support from mgmt. & supporting functions
- Responsible for implementation of defined processes and tools and feedback to Hub leader in case of improvement potential
- Ensures continuous development of sales people in their team, defining development needs and supporting sales activities where necessary (i.e., ensuring that the right people have the right capabilities and are deployed in the right area/channel)
