HR Business Partner (Manufacturing)                                                                     

Job location: Dębica Plant

The opportunity:

• HR lead for an assigned area/business center in a plant, collaborates with Center of Expertise (CoEs) and the Shared Service Center (SSC) to deliver integrated solutions to the business needs and associate lifecycle (supporting periodic assessments, incentive systems, career and succession planning, training, remuneration policy, talent search and retention).
• Actively participates in workforce planning activities and ensures the department in scope is staffed appropriately with workforce needed (qualitatively and quantitively)
• Partner with the leader to champion associate engagement activities and build a high performing, inclusive culture, through various events and use of reward & recognition programs.
• Acts as a champion of a coaching culture and drives employee advocacy, while being an internal coach for leaders
• Offer consulting with regards for applicable laws and regulations that ensure fair, consistent and compliant treatment of all associates as per the labor law and Company Policies

To join our team you will need:

• Min. 5 years of experience in a similar industry as a HR Business Partner or client facing HR point of contact
• Experience with coaching and consulting
• Experience to balance multiple priorities within the organization while maintaining employee engagement and satisfaction
• Experience in driving Talent Management strategy through matrix organizations
• Experience with Employee / Labor Relations in a union environment and profound knowledge of local/country labor law
• Ability to analyze and address business risks and opportunities effectively and efficiently
