Manufacturing Communications Senior Specialist Poland

Lead coordination of communications campaigns and channels in the plant, working closely with plant director and serve as the primary contact person for HR, country Communications lead and other relevant stakeholders in communications activities involving the plant.  
Serve as a steward of the Goodyear brand, increasing its value to all of its stakeholders across all relevant communications channels.
Lead and coordinate efforts to engage with the local community, ensuring that the facility is seen as a responsible and active member of the community. 
Provide support for change management initiatives in the plant, coordinating and communicating on change efforts and initiatives.
