Main Purpose of the position:

Ensure the daily operation and support availability of the manufacturing IT systems in the agreed SLA together with other teams.                                                
Take part in the implementations of standard systems and processes. Find further opportunities to drive more standardization (removing legacy/non-standard apps/systems).                        
Manage the user support and effectively facilitate the use of other established regional or global teams e.g. Network team, Server Team. Helpdesk etc or outsourced services e.g. MPS, etc                        
                        
Principal Duties:

1. Follow Goodyear's standards, procedures and guidelines to ensure IT continuity, mainly around ITIL principles:
- Incident Management (Reporting, recording and resolving incidents)
- Change Management & Configuration management (Requesting, implementing, approving and documenting changes)
- IT Continuity / Disaster Recovery (as part of Business Continuity: Disaster recovery documentation and agreed SLA)
        
 2. Manage configuration, maintenance and monitoring of the factory server and network systems systems:
- Coordinate or perform the installation, configuration and upgrade of the apps/hardware/OS
- Determine and authorize users of resources based on business owners approvals
- Schedule and manage backup and restore procedures"        
        
 3. Manage the configuration and maintenance of factory shopfloor IT systems.
- Coordinate or perform installation, configuration and upgrade of shopfloor systems
