Plant Optimization Specialist

General requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the production environment
- Master degree of technical or related education
- English - communication skills level
- Good practical knowledge of improvement tools: Plant Optimization / Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in projects leading
- Ability to manage change ( change management process)
- The ability to think analytically
- Ability to solve problems and work under pressure
- Openness, communicativeness and teamwork skills
- Good knowledge of Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of MII, Level2, SAP
- Knowledge of the production process of compounds, passenger tires, truck tires

- Support for production team in the designated area in the field of Plant Optimization
- Working as a trainer / coach Plant Optimization methodology 
- Active participation in DMS and pillar meetings
- Identification of areas for improvement, analysis and optimization of processes based on Plant Optimization / Lean Manufacturing
- Promotion of culture and Plant Optimization, Lean Manufacturing tools; SMED, 5S, KAIZEN etc.
- Implementation root cause methodology & problem solving tools, 8D Report, A3 Report, etc.
- Definition of process documentation standards (work standardization) and training materials
- Comprehensive improvement of production lines
- Active participation and conduct of interdepartmental/inter-company workshops, brainstorming sessions to generate savings and optimise all processes in the plant
- Conducting optimization projects, improving quality / cost of production
- Supporting departments in achieving objectives in the area of Plant Optimization
- Training of employees about Plant Optimization tools & method
- Provide the Pillar Leaders and the Production Optimization Manager with clear and precise feedback on successes and challenges when enforcing implementation/sustaining plans for individual pillars
