E-commerce Campaign & Content Senior Specialist (m/f)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for E-commerce Campaign & Content Senior Specialist to join our team in Belgium.

 

Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Ensure and drive distribution and activation of eCommerce content to Goodyear direct B2C platforms and eCommerce pure players
  • Create and optimize content for promotions on Goodyear direct B2C platforms, in line with existing internal firewall protocols
  • Localize eCommerce content to a growing number of European countries for new shops roll-out and new features
  • Define content impovement plan and maintenance of Goodyear B2C shops in collaboration with technical teams (IT): Content pages, Search Engine Optimization content (ie: Google), learnings from User Experience researches (UX) and new features introduction

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize landing pages and user journey elements on Goodyear B2C platforms to drive conversion of online visits into online and offline sales
  • Develop and implement promotion content for Goodyear direct B2C platforms, in line with existing internal firewall protocols; coordinate creative and content agencies
  • Coordinate translation and localization of content to European countries with local teams and translation agencies
  • Activate Goodyear product content in various online channels and on high impact digital touchpoints (i.e. eCommerce pure players, market places like E-bay and Amazon, price comparison platforms like Idealo)
  • Participate in reporting and analysing campaign results and user behaviour to optimize content quality with agencies and Goodyear IT

 

To join our team you'll need:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, digital or e-commerce

 

 Experience:

  • Over 5 years of work experience
  • Work experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS
  • Used to work with team collaboration tools like Jira/Confluence
  • Business sense and sell out orientation
  • Great team spirit and collaboration skills
  • Agile mentality
