Primary Purpose of the Position:

  • Direction and management of online User Experience initiatives and project
  • Responsible for UX research, analysis, design, implementation and follow-up of UX deliverables within e-commerce improvement projects
  • Develop user experiences options that can be used across different eCommerce channels and websites
  • Drive significant increases in consumer conversion, revenue and satisfaction


Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identification of new features & existing feature improvements with high conversion potential thru (but not only) the  formulation, delivery & findings of competitor and consumer studies
  • Evaluate current user experience through consumer behaviour analysis based on analytical data (current sources are google analytics and hotjar maps). Make optmisation recommendations versus potential cost/benefit analysis
  • Define detailed user experience requirements of new features and optimisations needed to brief internal and external teams. Ensure that all relevant agency UX documentation/tools are aligned with requirements (i.e. wireframes, functional specifications, visual designs, prototypes)
  • Coordinate the end to end delivery of new and enhanced UX features with the relevant parties (internal and external), including the preparation and execution of user acceptance testing. Be the business owner for all relevant tickets in the development backlog related to UX features
  • Measure performance of new feature and optimisation implementations



  • Bachelor’s degree



  • 3+ years of hands-on user digital experience project delivery
  • Management of digital deliveries with 3rd party agencies, particularly user experience and visual design         
  • Experience of working as part of a highly diverse & distributed team organisation
  • Formulation and/or delivery of consumer research and UX competitor analysis
  • Development of wireframing and/or prototyping
  • Working with english as lead business language
