Primary purpose of the position:

  1. Improve consumer engagement, lead-generation and conversion on the EMEA owned media
  2. In charge of the Owned Media development, maintenance and continuous optimization in close collaboration with the Goodyear IT web development team

 

Principle duties and responsibilities:

  1. Content:

    - Continuously upgrade content by collaborating with content marketing and blog contributors. Create high quality content appealing to the prime audience segments.

    - Transform the website into a dynamic version.

  2. User Experience upgrades websites:

    Optimize and test User experience: co-work with web development teams (internal and external) to continuously monitor customer behavior

  3. Organic search traffic improvement for the websites:

    - Track SEO (search engine optimization) performance

    - Lead technical improvements with GY web development team

    - Reassure content is SEO proof and fresh

    - Assess external links

    4. KPI tracking:

- Automate and report KPI tracking

- Analyze data and provide insights that can help to optimize business performance. Deep understanding of the consumer journey is required

- Tag management maintenance

 

Profile:

  • Master Degree (Economics, Engineering, IT, marketing) or equivalent through experience
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position 
  • You have experience working with digital marketing teams
  • You have experience working in performance companies
  • You have a Knowledge of HTML5, Adobe Experience Manager, web architecture
  • You have a proficient knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics 360 Suite and/or Adobe Analytics)
